It’s just the right product for everyday homeowner hardwood floor. I looked everywhere in stores and on-line, and only found this great product that just does what I wanted it to do, clean, shine and protect the Hardwood floor.

(pro) does a good job on hardwood floors and having
the trigger spray is very nice
(con) the replacement containers have limited capacity
(28.75 oz) and relatively expensive
I wish they made a refillable container that could be
filled by mixing a concentrate thus saving a lot of
money.

I’ve had this mop for 12 months and I love it! The hardwood floor guy who installed my flooring suggested this as vinegar and/or water dulls and kills your hardwood. The formula is outstanding, drys quickly and isnt’ sticky or anything. I pick up huge refills at my local [...] club store for [...]. While the cartridge is supposed to be single use, the one that I have lets you use your fingers and pry off the top. Not sure what the other reviewers were talking about, maybe they have a different version. It takes a bit of work, but it can be done and I have refilled it over 30 times.
The actuator function in the mop broke after using it twice a week for a year. I called up Bona customer support and they are going to replace it for me. What wonderful support!

So being moderatly handicaped, I am continualy looking for products that allow me to continue life a normaly as possible with the least amount of help. I was excited to learn about this floor care system and stood in the store trying to decide between the spray mop and cartridge or the mop and spray. While it is true it doesn’t seem that the cartridge can be refilled after the first use I know I made the right decision with the spray mop. I have decided to keep a bottle of the the floor cleaner on hand just in case there would be a time that I would run out of cartridge, one could still spray the floor and use the mop. Bona got it right with this one.
It takes very little effort to clean the floor with this mop. The system has a large mop head and is easy to use. The velcro strips allow me the ability to apply the cleaning pad with no effort, just throw it on the floor and press the mop head onto it and get cleaning. I needed no help in assembly and no help in cleaning.
Highly recommend!!!!!

Although I’ve received great customer service from Bona, and am on my second mop due to “faulty manufactoring”, I’m still disappointed. When I used the first mop, the sprayer squirted 6-7 good, powerful sprays, and then it dribbled, until I pressed the cartridge down again. Then, I’d get another 6-7 good powerful squirts until I pressed the cartridge down…rinse and repeat…Pretty annoying, to say the least.
I wish it worked well because I liked the product. It was easy to assemble, I like the cleaner for my hardwood floors, and the swivel head makes cleaning a cinch. However, my back is killing me from being hunched over the entire time I cleaned my floors so that I could keep pressing down the cartridge.
After I bought the first one, I complained to Bona and they sent me a new one because allegedly a few mops were manufactured incorrectly, but I’ve now received the second mop and it does the same exact thing…6-7 good sprays before I have to press the cartridge back down.
I’m giving this two stars bc I do like the cleaner and the other aspects of the mop like the swivel head. It’s a little heavier that I thought though and, another horrible aspect of the mop, the cartridge is not refillable. Not only is this horrible for the environment, but it makes the other mop without a spray 5X less costly. Yep, 5X. Per ounce, the gallon refills for the handheld spray are 5X cheaper.
Buyer beware.
